A Special Mini Retreat with Frequencies of Phoenix Sunday5th July | 2 - 6pm Join Frequencies of Phoenix and special guests for a deeply nurturing sensory afternoon designed to help you ground, release, reconnect, and restore. This mini retreat will guide you through meditation, sound healing, drumming, Reiki, and quiet reflection — creating space to relax, reset, and reconnect with your intentions. Retreat Schedule:- 11:30am ✨ Welcome & Introduction Meet Phoenix, Cam, and our special guests. Introduction to the afternoon and healing practices including meditation, Reiki, and drumming. 11:45am ✨ Guided Meditation A grounding guided meditation to help you settle into the space and connect within. 12:15pm ✨ Sound Bath with Frequencies of Phoenix Immerse yourself in healing frequencies, sound instruments, and gong vibrations designed to relax the body an 1:00pm ✨Drumming Session A powerful drumming experience to awaken energy, release emotions, and connect with rhythm and movement. 1:45pm ✨Reiki & Tuning Fork Healing Gentle Reiki and tuning fork healing to restore balance and bring the body into harmony. 2:15pm ✨Quiet Integration Time Soft music and quiet reflection to allow the experience to settle and integrate. 2:30pm ✨Returning to the Space A gentle transition back with grounding energy and connection. 3:00pm ✨ Sharing Circle & Intentions We close with a sharing circle, reflecting on what you wish to release and the intentions you want to carry forward. Water, refreshments, and special goodie bags will be included for you to take home. Investment £30 per person
