September – December 2027

Yoga has already gifted you so much in life

Your practice, whether regular or intuitive, has brought you closer to yourself. It’s been a journey of exploration where you’re continuously moving closer towards your true identity; who you are beneath the weight of the world. And now it’s led you here…

Ready to enter a new chapter & move towards a life of greater alignment.

There’s no such thing as top of the class in our classes, training courses…

“What if my vinyasa isn’t good enough?”

“What if the other women have more experience?”

“What if I can’t keep up?”

We promise, this isn’t your high school gym class. Your 200-hour yoga teacher training will refine your form and technique, but this isn’t an act of judgement. Our work together is about  breathing deeper to see clearer. Together, we’ll balance your chakras so you can ground yourself in service, to yourself and those around you.

This is your journey; where it leads is up to you

Life after your 200 hours yoga teacher training can look like…

  • Stepping into the studio or online space, ready to guide others through their practice

  • Starting a yoga business to grow your wealth and expand your impact

  • Feeling truly at home in yourself and your path for the first time

  • Breaking through samskaras to align with your soul’s truest desires

Unfurl at your pace while encouraged & supported by your tribe

An experience that feeds you—your mind, body, & soul

For many of my students, it’s not the work that feels intimidating—it’s giving themselves permission to do it. Between motherhood, careers, and caregiving, committing to a 200-hour yoga teacher training might feel counterintuitive.

You’re wondering…how can I make this work with an already full life?

Yoga teacher training isn’t about taking from you; it’s about giving back to you.

Dedicating 200 hours to your personal growth and development might feel daunting.

But, this is your path to breaking free from self-doubt, procrastination, and dissatisfaction, the patterns that silently drain your time and energy.

Only by nourishing yourself can you step into your truest essence, showing up fully for those around you and releasing the limitations of your current lifestyle.

Gem

Yoga trainer, mentor & business owner

I know what it’s like to question yourself, to wonder if you’re capable, if you’re enough, if you’re on the right path. I’ve been there too, waking up every morning with more questions than answers, searching for someone to show you the way.

My yoga journey started 24 years ago! My personal practice began at sixteen, and has evolved into a career teaching internationally, hosting retreats and festivals, and mentoring likeminded yogis.

Everything I do is to help women like you break free from the weight of uncertainty and self-doubt. My yoga teacher training goes beyond movement to take you on a journey of inner transformation.

You’ll gain your internationally recognised yoga qualification, but more than that, you’ll come back home to yourself. Instead of constantly looking outwards for answers, you’ll finally have the self-belief & confidence to trust your intuition and begin living the life you deeply desire.

Jules

Yoga teacher, mentor & business owner

My yoga journey began 18 years ago after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 40. During treatment, a regular yoga practice became a way to reconnect with myself — guiding me home physically, emotionally, and mentally through an incredibly challenging time.

The impact yoga had on my life was profound, and I knew I wanted to share that experience with others. Eighteen years later, I still consider myself a student first, always creating space for listening, learning, and growth.

Today, I run a yoga studio and teach students from all walks of life and all ages, supporting them in building sustainable practices that create confidence, resilience, and freedom. My teaching is rooted in helping people feel at home within themselves — giving them tools they can carry wherever life takes them, while also supporting them in shaping future adventures with clarity and courage.

I have learned so much about yoga, teaching, and myself! When I decided to sign up for the 200 hours training, initially it was to increase my knowledge of yoga—I didn’t think I would ever be brave enough to teach. However, with Gem’s support and confidence in me, I am now practicing with a group of work colleagues every week and have at least two weekly classes lined up in my local parish. I can’t thank Gem enough, she is absolutely amazing.”
