This Level 2/3 Intermediate Yoga Flow is designed for students with an established practice who are looking to deepen their understanding, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate a more mindful, connected approach to movement and breath. Whether you’ve been attending regular classes or practising at home, this course offers a supportive space to explore new challenges while refining the foundations of your practice. What to Expect: Each session is thoughtfully structured to help you move with intention and awareness. Through breath-led flow (pranayama) and mindful transitions, you’ll develop a deeper connection between body and mind. As your practice evolves, we’ll begin to: Build strength, stamina, and resilience Refine alignment through subtle anatomical awareness Hold postures (asanas) for longer to develop focus and control Explore more advanced elements of the practice with guidance and support Course Includes: Dynamic Vinyasa Flow sequences Inversions & arm balances Breathwork (Pranayama) Meditation (Dhyāna) Bandhas (energy locks) Yoga binds Foundational yoga philosophy Guidance for building a sustainable home practice A Practice That Meets You Where You Are “Intermediate” doesn’t mean perfection—it means exploration.
