Combining traditional yoga poses into flowing, fluid sequences whiles keeping breath & body consciousness consistent throughout. This Vinyasa Yoga Flow course is perfect for you if you've have been thinking about trying Vinyasa/Flow yoga, wish to continue practising flow yoga at a beginner/level 1 or if you want to get back to yoga after a break or just looking to increase your energy levels, build strength & increase your flexibility. Practicing Yoga is great way to take care of your physical & mental wellbeing. Week by week you will experience first hand the many health benefits of practicing yoga. Carving out a regular time to practice yoga can have a real positive affect on your everyday life.
