Full Body & Mind Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Flow) Deepen Your Practice - Monthly session with Jules Monthly - Saturdays 4-5:15pm 4 - 5:15pm SPRING DATES: 7th Mar, 11th Apr, 9th May ALL LEVELS WELCOME An open level yoga practice designed to fill the body and mind with a positive energy and a sense of deep inner calm. As spring arrives, it’s the perfect time to refresh, reset, and see things from a new perspective. Join us for our Full Body & Mind Yoga Flow workshop, designed to help you deepen your practice, build strength, and reconnect with your breath and body. This Spring in (March, April & May) in my monthly workshops we will be exploring inversions: headstands (Sirsasana) handstands (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana). We will work safely on building confidence, establishing a solid foundation so step by step so you can literally and figuratively shift your perspective. Through mindful movement, strength work, and supportive guidance, you’ll develop the foundations for going upside down while cultivating balance, focus, and trust in your body. Expect: ✨ A full body flow to awaken and energise ✨ Handstand drills and technique breakdown ✨ Tips to build confidence safely ✨ Breathwork and grounding to leave you feeling refreshed Step into spring feeling stronger, lighter, and inspired Both on and off the mat. All levels welcome. 🌿 Options/variations are always offered, there is always something you can do... adapting poses/practicing safe alignment to find what serves your body/mind best is a big part of deepening your practice. We also explore a variety of pranayama / breath work, meditation, commitment/home practice and ways to take yoga into your everyday life. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any question.
