Frequencies of phoenix & Alchemy of Sound Presents - Retreat Part 2 Guided Meditation with music and as you ease into the Stillness and Get held in the space the Sound bath will take you deeper to connect to who we truly our. Drumming will be then to guide you further into the Path of self Discovery and magic . Then some Quiet before you get some Tuning Folks to slowly remind you to return held with light Sound Bowls around the space to mix the Re Grounding Experience . Then you will Receive Food and drinks and I will look at vegan and Veggies snacks and once you have all Re Grounded and connected with some Refreshments you will have a host of Few Guided Questions to Go deep into the Reason why your came and what you want to Release to the universe . Goodie Bags and a bottle of water on Arrival This proved very Popular and some Great Feedback so join us for You don't need to have attended our 1st one!
