CARE NEST SANGHA ...building a kinder, slower, quieter world in which our relationships can recover... ABOUT Care Nest Sangha is a community of practice in which we support each other to grow in wisdom, joy, and ease by learning and sharing in the Buddha's teachings and practices. We acknowledge and honour the wisdom offered through Buddhism's various lineages (e.g. Theravada, Tibetan, Mahayana, Zen etc) in addition to those of other religious/spiritual paths (e.g. paganism, Christianity, mysticism, Taoism, shamanism, and deep ecology).  WHO CAN JOIN We warmly welcome people (age 18+) of all diversities e.g. those of: any faith or no faith, differently disabled/abled bodies, different ethnicities, social class, financial position, nationality, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, LGBTQIA+, and ALL other identities not named.  HOW IS IT RUN Care Nest Sangha is led by Helen Williams - a Buddhist practitioner of 10yrs and teacher for 5yrs. Helen is accredited with a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification from the Awareness Training Institute & University of California (led by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield), and is formally authorised by Gaia House as a Community Dharma Leader.  WHEN & WHERE WE MEET  WHEN: Monthly - Sundays (1st Sunday of every month)  2026 April 5th, May 3rd, June 7th, July 5th, Aug 2nd, Sept 6th etc. TIME: 10am - 1pm (doors open at 9:50am - no late comers please)  WHERE: Space to Move (2 Charles Darwin Rd, Mount Wise Cres, PL1 4GU)  HOW TO JOIN  There is no formal booking process, so you can just turn up!  COST TO ATTEND These sessions are offered on a dana-basis, in which attendees are invited to engage in a practice of giving what they can with a generous heart, having reflected on the benefits they receive from attending and their particular financial circumstances.  A minimum of 50% donated goes to Space to Move (venue hire) MORE INFO For an informal chat, please call Helen on 07584635747
