Body Temple Dance with Carly Seller OPEN STUDIO WEEKEND Saturday 10th October 10-11am Embodied | Expressive | Emotional Dance with your desires, frustrations, curiosity, rage, sadness, grief, and joy. Body Temple Dance is an emotional and energetic somatic practice. Through playfully guided and free-form movement, sounding, and imagination practices, we explore the languages of the body: movement, sensation, emotion, image, and meaning-making. By getting curious and learning to listen more deeply to the wisdom within our bodies, we expand our capacity to receive, find ways to orient towards pleasure and experience more aliveness. Expect to receive inspiring poetry, gentle playful guidance, space to express yourself, and a great playlist! No experience required, and no choreographed steps to learn! Her approach is embodied and spiritual, creating space for listening to the languages of the body and experiencing the elements through the body, as ways to access your inner wisdom. ​
