Sarah teaches Flung Further Dance at Space to Move.

Flung Further
Flung Further is a creative dance class for mature movers. We meet on a weekly basis and the class is drop in for anyone who wants to move their body in a safe and supportive environment. There is no right or wrong, and there are no limits... you set the bar and you guide the way in what you want to achieve.
Classes will develop memory and coordination, as well as exercises that keep the body active. We will work as a whole group and individually and sometimes in pairs or small groups.
This is a great class for those who wish to move but at their own pace, in their own way.
It is a gentle class that will give you space, time and encouragement to move in a way that is comfortable for you. This inevitably means you will be ‘exercising’ but you won't even know you’re do it!
We have no age restrictions, we are open and accessible to all who wish to move. Classes are standing and seated. We are inclusive and welcome disabled people.
There will also be exciting opportunities to perform with Far Flung but this is not compulsory, do not let this idea put you off; you will never be expected to doing anything you do not want to do. This session is open to anyone however presently it seems to entice people over the age of 50 but this is not exclusive, the class is aimed at those you do not want to go to conventional dance exercise or aerobic classes.
