Jules' on-going passion for dance and movement has enabled her to work for the past 20 years as a choreographer and specialist teacher of movement. Moving has been an essential part of her life since the age of 11. Dancing is a wonderful creative activity that keeps your body moving at the same time as keeping busy minds focused. Yoga provides balance, an inner strength, flexibility and calmness that positively affects every part your day to day.
Jules' classes are carefully designed to be inclusive and promote wellness, whilst developing ones strength, coordination, physical confidence and flexibility. Her classes use a collective blend of dance techniques and cultural styles.
Jules teaches Yoga Flow for Beginners, for Seniors/Gentle, in the Evening and at Weekends at Space to Move.
