That's why we designed these Yes! Free Yoga Classes. for complete beginners and those wishing to return. Have you always been curious about yoga but felt too nervous to try? Or maybe tried yoga a few times, and for some reason didn't continue? Answered YES to either the above? These free classes are for you! We've created a welcoming, gentle space where you can learn the basics without any pressure or feeling overwhelmed. In these classes, there are no expectations, just a friendly guide and simple movements designed to help you relax and feel good in your own body. No flexibility or experience is needed. Book your YES! FREE YOGA CLASS today and start your journey with us. After the class, via which ever communication method you prefer, we will happily advise you of the most suitable, class/course for you at Space to Move. ❌ Absolutely no pressure, no membership, no subscription ☑️ Simply helpful information if you are interested in a regular class. YES! FREE YOGA CLASSES: EVENING - Thursday 27th November 7:30-8:30pm MORNING - Thursday 4th December 10-11am Everything you need for this class for will be provided. Just book and turn up as you are, wear clothing that feels comfortable and you can move easily in. Layers of clothing are advised so you can adjust to suit your body temperature at different phases of the class. Bring a bottle of water.
