Women's Circle & Ceremony with Nicola Hurst Winter Solstice - Creating with the Soul Saturday 20th December 12.45-14.45 Arriving at the Darkest/shortest day, creating a soul collage - accessing our inner wisdom. In Circle we gather. With the support of Mama Cacao (or tea or water) we invite our hearts to open. With the support of the elements we invite releasing, inspiration, grounding, brilliance and acceptance of what is here for us all individually and the whole. In circle we will arrive as our fullest selves, being present to the moment and the experience. We will - >arrive in sacred space as our full selves with a grounding meditation to listen inwardly and welcome cacao or other sacred beverage >use gentle movement and the breath to ground further and dive deeper into our systems >journal and reflect with guided prompts >create a collage with and from our soul Come as you are, with an open heart, and a willingness to actively listen to others. £20 with options to pay extra for cacao (limited places available) DM if on low or no wage.
