We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to ground body and breath, followed by a soothing sound bath and guided visualisation to connect inward during this still and sacred season. You’ll then be invited to create your own evergreen wreath — a symbol of life, endurance and renewal — with all materials lovingly provided.
