Begin by arriving fully into the body, reconnecting through functional breathing exercises that gently guide your nervous system into a state of regulation, meeting you exactly where you are. From there, you'll be led deeper through guided meditation into a Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) experience, where altered states of consciousness become accessible — opening the door to profound clarity, deeper connection, and a powerful mind, body and energetic reset. You'll be held and supported throughout the landing process with deep grounding practices to help you return, integrate and absorb the wisdom of your experience. Space is then held in circle to reflect, share and process together. Please note: some contraindications may mean an alternative breathing method is recommended for your personal safety during the CCB portion — rest assured, you can still receive the full depth of this experience using a safer adapted breath. You will be fully guided and supported throughout, whatever your needs. Due to the intimate nature of these sessions, group sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure everyone receives the care and support they deserve. Early booking is highly recommended. Cost: £25.00
