Your pelvic floor is the foundation of women overall wellbeing. Pelvic floor health is deeply connected to our physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing โ€” yet it is so often dismissed or misunderstood. This workshop is an opportunity to reconnect with this vital part of your body in a safe, supportive, and welcoming space. Pelvic Floor Health Workshop This workshop is designed to help women understand and reconnect with the foundation of their wellbeing โ€” the pelvic floor. In a safe and supportive environment, you'll learn anatomy, how this vital group of muscles supports core strength, posture, bladder and bowel control, and overall confidence. Whether you're preparing for childbirth, recovering postpartum, navigating menopause, managing pelvic floor symptoms such as leakage, prolapse, or pain, or simply wanting to improve your pelvic health, you'll leave with clear knowledge and practical tools you can use every day. ๐ŸŽ“Led by Carolina Aguilera FdSc Sports therapy & Rehab, MSK Specialist, Qualified in Pelvic floor & Pregnancy health, Clinical Pilates instructor. What to Expect Education: Understand pelvic floor anatomy, Functions, and common dysfunction such as leaking, prolapse, pain, or pelvic heaviness. Awareness Practices: Experience gentle breathwork, posture awareness, and guided body-connection exercises. Targeted Training: Learn practical exercises including pelvic floor activation and relaxation, Pilates-inspired movements, Kegels, hypopressive techniques, and focused breathing to support strength, balance, and release.
