Mindful Flow - 4 Week Yoga Course with Rachel | Rock & Root Yoga Suitable for all levels, including beginners. A slow, progressive yoga practice designed to help you move with awareness and ease. Each week follows a repeated sequence, giving you the chance to become familiar with the movements and gradually shift your focus inward. This course encourages you to notice patterns in how you move, think and respond, helping you develop a greater sense of awareness. Optional journaling at the end of class allows you to explore your experiences more deeply.
