NEW ✨Beginners Yoga Flow Course with Jules Laville 6 Week Course | Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm 7th May - 18th June (no session 4th June) Take your first step towards calm! Build physical & mental strength & flexibility! We've created a welcoming, gentle space where you can learn the basics without any pressure or feeling overwhelmed. In these classes, there are no expectations, just a friendly guide & simple movements designed to help you relax, feel good in your own body. No flexibility or experience is needed. Have you always been curious about yoga but felt too nervous to try? Or maybe tried yoga a few times, and for some reason didn't continue? BUILD SELF CONFIDENCE, FIND YOUR INNER CALM & BALANCE This 6 week course is perfect for those who want to start yoga, return to yoga after a break, injury or illness, or for those who want to build confidence, establish a healthy yoga practice. No need to be flexible or strong to attend; just come as you are. Establishing a regular Yoga Practice is great way to take care of your physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. Week by week you will experience first hand the many health benefits of practicing yoga. Carving out a regular time to practice yoga can have a real positive affect on your everyday life. Learn the safe alignment for your body. Together we will explore how to adapt yoga poses so they feel good for your body Jules Laville is the founder of Space to Move Yoga Studio and brings over 14 years of teaching experience, alongside decades of mentoring teachers and creatives. Her approach is inclusive, intuitive, and deeply rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body.
