SPRING 2024 Beginner - Level 1 Yoga Flow - 8 Week Course with Jules Laville Thursdays 6-7:15pm at Space to Move Dates: 7th, 14th & 21st March - Easter Break - 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th April - 2nd May A friendly, welcoming Beginners Yoga Flow Course to help you ... FEEL EMPOWERED, MORE ENERGISED, GROUNDED & CONNECTED TO YOUR BODY, MIND & SOUL Yoga Flow is an invigorating, dynamic, popular style of yoga class designed to fill the body and mind with a positive energy and a sense of deep inner calm. No two bodies are the same. On this course YOU will learn the safe alignment for YOUR BODY for each of the fundamental yoga poses. Combining traditional yoga poses; Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) moves through the postures progressively with an emphasis on uniting mindful movements with breath. This Yoga Flow course is perfect for you if you've have been thinking about trying Yoga Flow yoga, wish to continue practising flow yoga at a beginner/level 1 or if you want to get back to yoga after a break or just looking to increase your energy levels, build confidence, strength & increase your flexibility. Practicing Yoga is great way to take care of your physical & mental wellbeing. Week by week you will experience first hand the many health benefits of practicing yoga. Carving out a regular time to practice yoga can have a real positive affect on your everyday life.
