Monday Evening Yoga with Martha 5:45-6:45pm A mindful, flowing yoga class to help you connect with your body and breath so you can leave feeling rejuvenated and aligned, ready for the week ahead of you. This evening yoga practice includes sequences of poses to build strength, stability and mobility, encourage focus and presence and help cultivate a harmonious balance of body, mind and soul. The steady pace of the class allows the physical poses and body systems to be explored thoughtfully, with attention to alignment and options that work personally for your individual body and level of experience. A regular yoga practice will enable you to release stress & tension, improve energy and build focus, strength and mobility. We practice yoga on the mat not only for it's immediate benefits, but also to carry the practice into everyday life - enabling us to navigate with less stress and worry and with more ease, connection and harmony. These sessions include options for all, encouraging you to feel empowered to move in a nourishing way for your own body. At Space to Move we acknowledge that yoga and wellness spaces can sometimes feel inaccessible for many. We are committed to making our classes & workshops inclusive and accessible to all.
