Kirtan - Chanting together with Michael Matheson Our connection with the Divine through Sound. Sundays - 6:30-7:30pm  fortnightly STUDIO - June 1st, 15th & 29th, July 13th & 27th, August 10th & 24th Introducing our Traditional Kirtan - but with a twist! Traditionally, Kirtan is a song of devotion for Hindu God's such as Shiva, Krishna, even Gangi Ji. Welcome to the 'Westernized' World of Kirtan where we will chant, sing, devote and pour our soul's out in worship of not only God(s)... but ourselves. By focusing on affirmations such as 'I Am Love', we will chant together to open up the heart, connect with our deepest aspect of selves, and express as authentically and fully as we can. We will chant to liberate aspects of the mind which no longer serve and attain a sense of self which may not have been touched in a while. And we don't say this lightly... No experience necessary. Come alone, bring loved ones.. Although we may chant for an idea of God, this is a non-religious group which will focus on touching the soul over anything else. We will work on energy, harnessing love, embodying peace and attaining a state of freedom of mind. You could say, it is a moment to return Home in a busy life. We look forward to welcoming you and doing all we can to bring out the very highest aspect of self to live a more fulfilling, meaningful and connected life. See you soon! All are welcome.
