Kirtan - Chanting together with Michael Matheson Our connection with the Divine through Sound. Sundays - 6:30-7:30pm  fortnightly - (times may slightly vary)  STUDIO - March 23rd, April 6th (5:30pm), 20th, May 4th & 18th, June 1st, 15th & 29th Overcome stress and restore vitality with Kirtan in Plymouth. Learn to embrace the powerful energy of the Universe in an ancient practice of devotional chanting, originating in India. Step beyond fear and into a state of liberation as we transcend ego into the realm of the heart. Look no further for an upliftment of the soul and a renewed sense of Self as we chant together in a way which focuses on love, joy and divinity. The group will begin with chanting of 'Om' - the sacred vibration which helps to connect Self with Universe. Also a very grounding chant and a good way to enter into the present moment. We will then begin chanting certain Kirtan, offering a space for meditation in between each mantra as well as at the end to close. A great class for those struggling with fatigue, stress, worry, anxiety, depression, fear and doubt as the wonders of Kirtan help to break through limitations and step further into alignment with the heart and Universal Energy. You will hopefully be left feeling uplifted, rejuvenated and with a renewed sense of energy to tackle daily life in an inspired way. All are welcome.
