Inner Compass is one of Nastassja's facilitated movement practices formed through her training with the Devon School of Soul Motion, years of dancing experiences and life experience, training and personal point of view. This practice takes you on a journey through 4 landscapes of Dance Intimate, Communion, Community and Infinite, the templates of our everyday life. We cultivate an ability to listen inward to our bodies' ancient inner compass and creative flow, deepening our awareness of how we move through life. We rediscover the body's ability to reveal pathways beyond the thinking mind, inviting us to trust, express, and navigate from within. Open to all, no experience required. Note: Wear clothing which allows you to move freely, a drink, and some may find it supportive to bring a notebook and pen/crayon and pad of paper for those moments of inspiration and reflection during the practice. Nastassja Rose offers conscious dance movement teacher/facilitator and freelance holistic therapies. Weaving movement, bodywork and creative practice for others to integrate into their own lives, through a a deeply integrated body and mind experience. She is committed to deepening the quality of her offerings through ongoing learning, creative inspiration, and meaningful collaboration.
