Service Description
A friendly, gentle yoga flow class suitable for all levels, including beginners. The class includes mindful movements to open up your joints, gain greater flexibility, whiles building your strength and confidence. This gentle flow is deal for all ages and for those wanting to move more, de-stress, stretch, strengthen, find inner peace/calm through slower movement/pace of life. No experience is needed. Practicing Yoga is a great way to take care of your physical, mental & emotion health/wellbeing. You will learn the fundamental poses to help you feel more grounded, energised and connected to your mind, body & soul. NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME! Through out the class adaptations, modifications are always provided to suit the needs of your bodies. Props & mats are provided (you are welcome to bring your own).
