Finding Balance Yoga Flow Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm Studio & (Live Online via Zoom) This class is a perfect balance of (Yang) energising, uplifting & strengthening yoga flow sequences alongside more soulful, grounding and calming (Yin) yoga flow sequences. Designed to fill your body & mind with a positive energy and a sense of deep inner calm. Helping you feel empowered, grounded and more connected to your mind, body & soul. A regular Yoga Flow class/practice will enable you to build strength, feel empowered, improve flexibility/mobility and help you learn how to relax and find calm. ๐Ÿƒ Release stress & tension ๐Ÿƒ Reduce anxiety levels ๐Ÿƒ Improve energy & vitality levels ๐Ÿƒ Increase muscle strength & tone ๐Ÿƒ Increase flexibility & mobility ๐Ÿƒ Improve cardio health This class is suitable for all levels; including beginners and the more experienced yogi/practitioner.
