Full Body & Mind Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Flow) Wednesday 6-7:15pm An invigorating open level yoga class designed to fill the body and mind with a positive energy and a sense of deep inner calm. This popular style of yoga practice consciously links the movement of the body to the movement of the breath. Through 'placing in a special way' (Sanskrit for Vinyasa) the upbeat, energetic sequences of movement/flow use a balanced series of tradiational sun saluations, standing & seated postures to strengthen, build flexibility & encourage stability. You will learn the proper & safe alignment as well as options being provided throughout, which makes this class suitable for all levels. Booking in advance is essential. Option to join class in the studio at Space to Move or online from the comfort of you own home or work:
