1-1 Energy Work at Space to Move Energy work is a deeply restorative treatment designed to help you reconnect with yourself and restore balance to your energy. Working with the energy centres (chakras) and the subtle body, the treatment can help release tension and what you may have been holding onto — creating space to process stored emotions and quieten unwanted or repetitive thoughts. The intention is to support a positive shift, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter and more connected with yourself. Energy work can be particularly supportive when you feel ‘stuck’, caught in your mind, emotionally overwhelmed, or simply in need of a spiritual uplift. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy helps protect the future of the studio and teachers income. To cancel or reschedule class bookings please contact us at least 48 hours before the class is due to start. To cancel or reschedule courses or workshops we require 10 days notice prior to the event/course. To cancel/reschedule Teacher Training Course / CPD Courses please contact us.
