Morning Mat Pilates with Alice Harper from @Libra Pilates Sculpt Weekly - Friday's 6:45-7:45am Join us for a calming and energising morning Pilates flow at Space to Move Studio, Mount Wise, Plymouth. This class is open to all levels—whether you are new to Pilates or have an established practice, you'll be guided through a thoughtful, progressive flow tailored to meet where you are at. Beginners are warmly welcomed in this mixed-level class, but if it’s your first time, please do let me know. Class sizes are kept intentionally small (maximum of 10 people) to create a calm, spacious, and supportive environment. This allows for individual attention, proper alignment, and a relaxed, comfortable vibe where everyone can move with confidence. Why Incorporate Pilates into your routine? ✨ Strengthen & tone your body ✨ Improve core stability & posture ✨ Enhance flexibility & alignment ✨ Reduce the risk of injuries ✨ Enjoy a low-impact, full-body workout ✨ Develop a deeper mind-muscle connection ✨ Accessible for all ages and abilities Class Information: 💕 Classes will be 1 hour long (with around 50 mins of movement). 🩵 Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and discuss any injuries or concerns. 🧘‍♀️ Studio mats available (or bring your own). 🌸 Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. 🧦 Feel free to bring grippy socks if you have them! 💧 Water bottles recommended. Pricing Options: Pre-booked single class: £10 by bank transfer or cash on the day. Block booking: £36 for 4 classes (£9 per class) by bank transfer. Walk ins (not booked on): £12 on the day.
