Discovering Ashtanga Saturdays 4-5:15pm - (2-3:15pm 1st Sat of each month) All levels, every body welcome Ashtanga is a dynamic, meditative and traditional practice that builds strength, focus, flexibility and inner stillness through breath awareness. This class honours the roots of Ashtanga while creating space for exploration, adaptability, and personal growth - making it dynamic, engaging, and accessible to all. Together, we will: ✨Move through a strong, flowing sequence and build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. ✨ Learn different breathing techniques to enhance focus and connection to our breath. ✨ Approach the practice with joy, curiosity, and patience, allowing our unique journey to unfold at its own pace. Whether you're new, returning, or experienced in Ashtanga, this space is for you. Each time we step onto the mat, we bring something unique to our yoga practice. Yoga doesn't require us to be perfect, but just show up regularly and do what we can. This regular commitment, connection to our practice, helps us to live in more harmony with ourselves, with others and the world around us. Bring a notebook if you'd like to capture reflections or inspirations along the way. With regular practice, you'll start to feel the flow—movements become smoother, strength builds naturally, and the Primary Series begins to unfold with more ease and confidence.
