Body Temple Dance - Embodied | Expressive | Emotional with Carly Seller Various Dates: Saturdays 10-11:30pm 3rd January, 7th February, 21st February, 7th March, 21st March Dance with your desires, frustrations, curiosity, rage, sadness, grief, and joy. Body Temple Dance is an emotional and energetic somatic practice. Through playfully guided and free-form movement, sounding, and imagination practices, we explore the languages of the body: movement, sensation, emotion, image, and meaning-making. By getting curious and learning to listen more deeply to the wisdom within our bodies, we expand our capacity to receive, find ways to orient towards pleasure and experience more aliveness. Expect to receive inspiring poetry, gentle playful guidance, space to express yourself, and a great playlist! No experience required, and no choreographed steps to learn!
