Service Description
Saturday 10th January 8:30-9:50am Balance & Believe is a steady, mindful yoga workshop style session that explores balance as a whole-body experience—physically in the body, mentally in the mind, and energetically through focused awareness. We'll work with poses such as Half Moon, Crow and an inversion of your choice that invite stability, presence, and engagement. Rather than striving to "hold" balance, we'll explore how balance is something we continuously find and refine—by grounding through the feet, steadying the breath, softening the gaze, and tuning into our inner sense of alignment. As the practice unfolds, we'll notice how physical steadiness supports mental clarity, and how energetic awareness helps us stay centered even when things feel uncertain. Moments of challenge become opportunities to reconnect and trust ourselves again. There will also be the opportunity for intention-setting and journaling moments, helping you bring the awareness and confidence gained on the mat into your daily life. This workshop is an invitation to believe in your ability to meet change in the New Year with steadiness—to move with awareness, and carry a sense of balance beyond the mat. From Becca 💫 soulform_yoga When I started yoga 13 years ago, it was all about the physical - strength, alignment, form. But over time, I discovered the benefits it offered me went much deeper than that. For me yoga isn't about the perfect pose; its about using movement to come into the body, quiet the mind and reconnect. It's a chance to slow down, create space and breath in a world that rarely pauses. I teach yoga with a vision to build a community, where we can move mindfully and with joy always. I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in London which included both Vinyasa and Hatha practices and am a Registered Nurse by background. I love a powerful practice that challenges and takes us to our edge but with lots of modifications and options to ensure everyone is empowered.
