Physio-Led Pilates June

Service Description

Pilates class for anyone with a neurological condition. Pilates is beneficial for anyone who would like to improve their strength, balance and function, in a safe space. Her classes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants. Courses are 4 weeks and include a 30 min pre course assessment where individual needs are addressed and Pilates basics taught. Suitable for beginners to intermediates All equipment provided. Course structure varies but includes: o Pre course assessment o Core Challenge o Mobility and Movement o Strength and Stamina o Balance and Function o Home Exercise Plan Pre course assessment arranged with teacher - cost £10 Course runs weekly from Monday 3rd - 24th June - £15/session For more info or to book a place, please email charlotte1pilates@gmail.com Charlotte is a highly specialist chartered physio who works with people with neurological conditions. She brings warmth, positivity, laughter and many years of experience to her sessions. Her Pilates sessions are accessible and inclusive. They are designed to challenge instability, imbalance and weakness, to restore beneficial movement in all its forms. Charlotte is a trauma informed Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, respecting the impact and presence of not merely the physical side of injury and illness. She takes an individualised and approach to rehab and prevention of injury and fundamentally acknowledges that movement heals both the body and mind. Charlotte has trained to become a Pilates instructor in order to complement her practice and provide the best rehab opportunities.

To cancel or reschedule class bookings please contact us at least 48 hours before the class is due to start. To cancel or reschedule courses or workshops we require 10 days notice prior to the event/course. Thank you for your support & understanding 🙏
