Online Via Zoom During the workshop Julia will lead participants through a heart opening flow sequence designed to build strength, flexibility and poise as well as foster patience and confidence within - drawing upon excerpts from readings as well as a music underscore on the theme of love and the heart. Suitable for all levels, the workshop will include meditation, asana and pranayama. As a voiceover artist Julia seamlessly weaves narrative, reflections on mindfulness and humour into her classes, encouraging her students to keep their flow going both on and off the mat.
