EXPLORE THE NEXT LEVEL 👉🏼 PROGRESS & DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE FEEL MORE GROUNDED AND CONNECTED TO YOUR BODY, MIND & SOUL Level 2 Yoga Flow Course - Intermediate/Experienced Beginner 8 Week Course Tuesday 6-7:15pm 👉🏼 5th March - 7th May (no sessions 26th March & 2nd April) This Level 2/Experienced Beginner/Intermediate course is perfect for those who have completed previous Beginners Yoga Flow Courses/Level 2 Courses or attending any open level yoga class who feel ready to explore the next level; commit too, progress & deepen their yoga practice. In these invigorating Level 2 Vinyasa/yoga flow session we explore a combination of poses, movements and sequences incorporating backbends, hip openers, twists, forward folds, balances and inversions. We will also explore yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, commitment, home practice and ways to take yoga into your everyday life. Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga, is a popular style of yoga; invigorating, dynamic & energising. Combining traditional yoga poses into flowing, fluid sequences whiles keeping breath & body consciousness consistent throughout. First part is generally fast paced & energising, second part is slower, where we hold poses for longer & practice of peak poses takes us into final relaxation/shavasana. NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME! Please don't be put of my the words intermediate or experienced. As always I will provide adaptations, adjustments, options to to suit your bodies needs. There is always something you can do! Deepening your practice, taking the next step isn't just about the physical practice. Yoga can help you find calm and strength amongst uncertainty, looking inwards, learn about & get to know yourself deeper.
