A Summer Level 1 & 2 Class /Course to help you stay motivated, grounded and connected to Mind, Body & Soul this Summer! with Jules Laville 👉🏼ADAPT YOUR YOGA PRACTICE FOR SUMMER 👉🏼 ESTABLISH A REGULAR PRACTICE 👉🏼 PROGRESS & DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE These classes are suitable for those who have completed Beginners Level 1 & or Level 2 Yoga Courses/Classes, or for those who are away 2 of the dates of more below (course) or if you are looking to try Yoga Flow/Vinyasa.. give it a try.. When the weather is good, we may take some of these sessions outside into the Southern Garden's near the studio Bookable as complete 6 weeks (course) or individual sessions Thursday 6-7:15pm DATES: July: 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th - August: 15th & 29th In the summer season temperatures rise, we often find ourselves seeking ways to balance the heat, maintain our physical well-being, and connect with inner peace. Practicing yoga during the summer months offers unique benefits that enhance our overall well-being and help us find harmony amidst the warmth of the season. Embracing yoga during summer is a delightful and rejuvenating choice. This Summer Level 1 / 2 Experienced Beginner/Intermediate course is perfect for those who have completed previous Beginners Yoga Flow Courses/Level 2 Course, attend an open level yoga class or for those wanting to return to yoga to find motivation to establish a regular yoga practice yoga practice. For this Summer Course we will modify our yoga practice to focus on cooling and calming poses. Incorporating gentle forward bends, seated poses, and restorative postures into our flow practice to help soothe the nervous system and restore balance. By adapting our practice to the season, we align ourselves with the natural rhythms of nature and foster a sense of harmony within. We will explore yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, commitment, home practice & ways to take yoga into your everyday life. NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME!
