POP-UP YIN YOGA with Jules Laville THURS 20th March 7:45-9pm 🌼 ARRIVAL OF SPRING 🌱 SPRING EQUINOX 💫 RENEWAL & RESTORATION YIN YOGA is an accessible, inclusive, safe calming space in this fast-paced world for you to slow down, unwind, find stillness & support, to destress, relax, rest & replenish. The arrival of Spring is perfect time to get connect to the grounding energy of the earth, to explore a healthy balance of renewal; a sense of newfound vitality and rest. It doesn’t matter how fit you think you are, or aren't or how flexible you are. Yin yoga is a great way to unwind and prepare your body for a good night's sleep. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, for those seeking a good stretch and rest and for those who normally practice a more dynamic style of yoga, play a sport, train, swim, run or go to the gym. Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching, relaxation and rest. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, yin targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. By holding poses for an extended period, typically three to five minutes, yin yoga helps release tension and increase flexibility. The Benefits of Yin Yoga 👉🏼Stress Reduction: Yin yoga promotes relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps counteract the effects of stress & anxiety. 👉🏼Improved Circulation/Energy: The gentle stretching and compression of yin yoga poses can enhance blood flow, and the flow of energy (meridian lines) delivering oxygen, nutrients to your muscles and organs, whole body - promoting overall relaxation and better sleep. 👉🏼Deep Relaxation: Holding yin yoga poses for an extended period allows your body and mind to enter a deeply relaxed state, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. Props to support and enhance the practice our used within this class. All props are provided. But please feel free to bring your own blanket, props and or mat. To help you relax the studio space will be: 👉🏼Quiet, some relaxing soundscapes may be used, also silence. 👉🏼Darkness, candle light & ambient lighting maybe be used. 👉🏼The space will be warm, but it is advised to bring, wear layers. No Experience is needed - Every Body Welcome
