FEEL MORE GROUNDED AND CONNECTED TO YOUR BODY, MIND & SOUL 👉🏼DEVELOP A SOLID, SAFE FOUNDATION 👉🏼 BUILD STRENGTH, CONFIDENCE, FOCUS & FLEXIBILITY. 👉🏼 DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE - ON & OFF THE MAT Level 1 /2 Experienced Beginners / Intermediate course is perfect for those who have previously attended Beginners or Level 1 / 2 Yoga Flow classes/courses or for for those who have attended an open level yoga class, or practiced at home who feel ready to explore the next level; deepen your yoga practice. In these invigorating Level 1 / 2 Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) we explore a combination of poses, movements and sequences incorporating backbends, hip openers, twists, forward folds, balances and inversions. We will also explore yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, commitment, home practice and ways to take yoga into your everyday life. Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) is a dynamic yoga style designed to fill the body and mind with a positive energy and a sense of deep inner calm. This popular style of yoga practice consciously links the movement of the body with an awareness of the breath. Through 'placing in a special way' (Vinyasa), you will learn the safe alignment for each of the poses. The upbeat, energetic sequences of movement/flow use a balanced series of sun salutations, standing & seated postures to strengthen, build flexibility & develop stability in your body & mind. NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME! Please don't be put off by the words experienced or intermediate! I always provide adaptations, variations to suit your physical and mental needs. There is always something you can do! Deepening your practice, taking the next step isn't just about the physical practice. Yoga can help you find calm and strength amongst uncertainty, looking inwards, learn about & getting to know yourself deeper.
