NEW LEVEL 2 /3 /Intermediate Yoga Flow - 6 Week Course with Jules Laville DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE FEEL MORE GROUNDED, BALANCED AND CONNECTED BODY, MIND & SOUL Tuesday 6-7:15pm 👉🏼 Starts 5th Nov - 10th Dec 2024 This course is perfect for those who have a regular yoga practice and have been practicing yoga for a few years. So, if you have either been attending a regular open level yoga class, Level 1/2 /3 Class/Course or have established a regular home practice this course is perfect if you would like to deepen your Yoga practice and take the next step. Within this course we will dive deep into improving our strength & flexibility both physically & mentally. With focused awareness, intention and controlled breath (Pranayama) we will learn, practice moving mindfully, with awareness throughout transitions and sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) to the rhythm of our breath. We will also build stamina & resilience through holding yoga poses (Asanas) for longer, developing awareness and connection to the 'self'. In Level 2 /3 practices you will develop a more energetic understanding within yoga poses and practice subtle anatomical shifts (self-adjustments) you can make by engaging and releasing tension in specific areas of the body. As with all practices, you will be encouraged to listen to your body and respect today’s limits; to modify and rest when needed. In addition to learning, practicing intermediate level Yoga Poses this Level 2 /3 Intermediate Course will also include: Inversions Arm Balances Meditation (Dhyāna) Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) Developing a regular home practice Bandhas (locks) Yoga Binds Yoga Philosophy Sanskrit Anatomical terms NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME! Please don't be put off my the words intermediate. As with all practices, you will be encouraged to listen to your body and respect today’s limits; to modify and rest when needed. There is always something you can do! Options, modifications to to suit your bodies needs. Please remember, taking the next step isn't just about the physical practice.
