Gentle Chair Yoga Class with Jules New Time 1- 2pm Come and join us for this, friendly, enjoyable seated yoga class. Chair yoga is a great way for more people to experience the wonderful health benefits of yoga. Accessible to Everybody Including those with limited/reduced mobility. ⭐️ Safe, healthy, supported exercise. ⭐️ Relieve stress & tension. ⭐️ Improve balance, mobility & co-ordination ⭐️ Feel more confident ⭐️ Social, friendly & supportive community Staying seated while doing gentle yoga enables those with limited mobility, balance, knee, hip, or back issues to safely do yoga. The benefits of chair yoga including: loosening and stretching painful muscles, reducing chronic pain, decreasing stress, and improving circulation. Yoga also can help to reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, protect/sustain/improve joint mobility improve mood and build strength and balance. Places will be limited. No experience needed. All props & chairs provided. Just come as you are. Once you book you will receive an email or text message to fill in a health registration form.
