MoverWitness Practice Circle  Authentic Movement   with Dr Eila Goldhahn  Sun 30th March 1-4pm - STUDIO Space to Move A shared habitat of a mover and a witness endowing hope... Discovering and moving from your inner, spontaneous impulse; developing a sense of your Self as an embodied, unfolding awareness; being witnessed, received and reflected without judgement in a relational practice. This is a session for existing practitioners and those who want to delve further into the work having experienced at least the introduction. £ 30.00 to £ 60.00 (choose what you can pay, no questions asked) (Please note that the venue and times and have changed, the workshops were originally advertised as both taking place from 10 am to 1 pm at Shared Habitat studio, also in Plymouth) You can book both Saturday and Sunday sessions together, for a deeper experience of this beautiful method.
