NEW Chair Yoga Weekly Class with Jules Thursdays 1:15- 2:15pm Our friendly, inclusive & accessible, seated yoga classes are perfect for every body especially those with limited mobility, various health conditions and for those recovering from an illness, surgery or injury. Develop strength, mobility to help you move with ease from chair to standing to improve balance, coordination, cognitive function, mobility & find Inner Calm. Come and join us for this, friendly, enjoyable, accessible seated yoga class. In this yoga class we will explore, seated poses, standing/mat with support of chair poses. Options, adaptations are always provided. Chair yoga is a great way for more people to experience the wonderful physical & mental health benefits of yoga: ⭐️ Safe, healthy, supported exercise ⭐️ Relieve stress & tension ⭐️ Improve balance, mobility & co-ordination ⭐️ Build physical & mental strength &resilience ⭐️ Move with Ease & awareness ⭐️ Feel more confident ⭐️ Helps to maintain & improve cognitive function ⭐️ Social, friendly & supportive community ⭐️ Loosening and stretching painful muscles ⭐️ Reducing chronic pain ⭐️ Improving circulation This is a body positive, accessible, inclusive yoga class.
