CANDLELIGHT FINDING BALANCE YOGA FLOW A festive special Yin & Yang Yoga Flow practice to energise, enliven your senses & find deep inner peace 🕊 Tuesdays 17th December 6:15-7:30pm - Studio Only - LIMITED PLACES Whatever your experience in yoga, I'd love you to join us for this balancing, nourishing, soulful yoga flow practice. In the darkness, under candlelight we will learn and practice a series of mindful Yang yoga flow (vinyasa) sequences - energising & uplifting, alongside more soulful, grounding and calming Yin restorative poses. At this time of the year, amongst all the demands we all face, it is easy to fill up our time, be constantly busy doing for others and not leaving important space for ourselves! In this practice will focus on the importance and the power of 'connecting': How do we.. 💫 Connecting to ourselves , our bodies; both physical and emotional. 💫 Connecting to each other, our community & the important people in our lives. 💫 Connecting to the world around us. Connecting is one of our greatest gifts. This class is suitable for all levels; including beginners, more experienced yogis/practitioner's & teachers alike. Options/Variations/Levels will be provided throughout session. At Space to Move we acknowledge that yoga and wellness spaces can feel inaccessible too many.
