Autumn Equinox Circle & Ceremony with Nicola Saturday 19th September 12:45-2:25pm In Circle we gather. At this time we pause to notice what needs more tender care, more nourishment as the season gently shifts. The light is fading, the crops are harvesting, the colours are returning to golds and auburns and browns. With the support of Mama Cacao/Tea we invite our hearts to open. With the support of the elements we invite releasing, inspiration, grounding, brilliance and acceptance of what is here for us all individually and the whole. We will - 🌾 arrive in sacred space as our full selves with a grounding meditation to listen inwardly and welcome cacao or other sacred beverage 🌾 use gentle movement and the breath to ground further and dive deeper into our systems 🌾 journal and reflect with guided prompts 🌾 journey with the release and possibilities that are here for us all 🌾come as you are, with an open heart, and a willingness to actively listen to others. £20 plus option to add cacao https://nicolahurst.as.me/schedule/7115d05a/?appointmentTypeIds[]=66967226
