Kat Savage

Kat is the founder of The Meraki Circle, a series of transformative workshops and classes for wellbeing and empowerment. She has a deep passion for knowledge of the mind, leading her to practise and teach classes in meditation for the past 20 years. She is also a qualified clinical and analytical hypnotherapist, voice and well being practitioner, and integrative nutritional counsellor. In February 2018 she put her mind to the test by solo walking 1,200 miles across the length of Britain. She is currently writing her first book on the power of the mind over the body.
