Hannah is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Her specialist training in pre- & post-natal yoga ensures classes are safe for post-natal recovery and shares the benefits and fun of yoga with all ages. She teaches inclusive and accessible classes and also offers Gentle Yoga, Beginners Yoga and Weekend Workshops.
Hannah started practicing yoga as a teenager; her passion for the deeply therapeutic practice then developed into a passion for sharing it with others. Hannah has been teaching since 2014, having trained at TriYoga London, (BWY certified 200 hr). Combining her interest in anatomy and bio-mechanics with the ancient wisdom offered through the yogic traditions, Hannah teaches safe and joyful classes that help you find balance, gain fitness and move through life with ease.
