Emma Jackson

Emma is a Yoga Teacher with a passion for empowering people to move with agility and ease through all aspects of their life. 
She excelled in many different sports from a young age and after a career in design and creative industries, Emma was drawn to the practice of yoga. Becoming a yoga teacher offered the perfect way to balance her natural athleticism with a passion for creativity.  
Having initially trained under international teachers’ Vidya Heisel and Jennilee Toner in 2017, Emma is close to gaining her Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training accreditation. Before relocating to Devon, Emma taught in top Bristol Yoga Studios, Yoga Furie and Bikram Yoga Bristol. In addition to her regular corporate and private lessons she also teaches at the University of Plymouth, The Life Centre and the Gaia Spa at Boringdon Hall Hotel.  With 15 years of yoga experience, Emma brings a fresh perspective and sense of fun to all her yoga classes. 

Emma teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, focusing on dynamic movement, long holds, rest and relaxation. She hopes to guide all her students towards developing healthy patterns of movement, controlled flexibility and a better understanding of their own bodies.  

Emma's creatively sequenced Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are upbeat and fun. Through a combination of dynamic sequencing and long holds, Emma’s classes will keep you on your toes as you explore your own mobility, flexibility and strength.
Each week, Emma's classes will build on a theme, focusing on skillful movement and mindful practice. Each class ends with a short meditation allowing you to relax completely and settle gently into the rest of your evening. She offers variations of poses making her classes suitable for all abilities and energy levels, so whether you're a beginner or yoga teacher, Emma’s classes will ensure you get the most out of your practice whatever stage you’re at in your yoga journey.
