Beccy Rogers

Beccy is a wellbeing expert who has been teaching yoga and swimming for 30 years. When life took a downturn in her early 20s she was guided to shamans and healers on her worldwide travels...Eat Pray Love before it was mainstream and pretty!  She learnt to use diet, yoga and sound to overcome ME and manage chronic pain, depression and anxiety. She believes the key to resilient well-being is how we use our breath, our energy, our thoughts and our language. What we put into our minds and bodies will kill us or heal us. She uses the power of sea swimming to maintain positivity and strength and is a passionate activist for the oceans. Her website will tell you more.
